While I cannot control what happens during shipping, I will do everything I can do to make sure your order arrives beautifully. If for some reason there is an error or damage caused by shipping, please reach out to komarchukstudio@gmail.com for a replacement or a refund. Please note that original artwork cannot be duplicated. It may also be necessary to ship artwork back in its original packaging before a replacement can be issued.
